2. PROCESSED MEATS & BACON
Also high in the same sodium nitrates founds in hot gods, bacon and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3. DOUNGHNUTS
Dounghnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures.
4. FRENCH FRIES
Like doughnut, french fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer-causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries not french fries, said Adam.
5. CHIPS, CRACKERS & COOKIES
All are usually made with flour and sugar. even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.
At times we are tempted to this kinds of foods. To me everything must has balance. If we were to take these 5 cancer causing food, I'm sure we don't eat it everyday. So it should be ok if we take it less than 5 times per month.
